Constructive Advisors was founded by Randy Woodard, a construction industry executive with more than 30 years of experience serving commercial and residential clients as a business development leader, project manager, corporate executive, business owner, and trusted advisor.
Randy has partnered with contractors, manufacturers, property owners, architects, engineers, and facility managers on construction projects nationwide. His extensive experience helps clients make smarter decisions, reduce risk, and achieve successful project outcomes.
A former NCAA Division I baseball player and professional baseball coach, Randy holds a BA, MBA, advanced training in construction management, and graduate studies in international business management at the London School of Economics, combining a strong educational foundation with decades of hands-on construction industry experience.
